Trish joined General Services Administration (GSA) in August 2018 as a Project
Manager for Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) in GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service
(FAS).

Prior to her time with GSA, she was with Defense Contract Management Agency
(DCMA) for 12 years. As the Pre Award Survey Manager in the Contract Management
Organization (CMO) she worked with numerous buying commands and other Federal
Agencies on defining the contractor’s capabilities as they relate to specific government
procurements evaluating technical data packages.

Trish assumed numerous leadership roles to build and strengthen the Department of
Defense enterprise role in the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP). This
includes her roles as the Defense Critical Infrastructure Awareness Program Manager,
DCIP Conference Project Manager, and Defense Industrial Base Sector Liaison to the
and Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense. She also served as the Regional
Project Manager for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Sector Northeast Region,
working with National Guard Teams on mission assurance and awareness assessments
for defense critical assets.

Trish began her federal career with the U. S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of
Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy almost 30 years ago. During her tenure with
DOE, she served as the Project Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region’s Alternative Fuels
Program. This revolutionary Program gave way to the implementation of flex fueled
fleets for both private and federal sector fleets.

Her professional experience also includes working for Westinghouse Electric
Corporation and The Electrical Association of Philadelphia, as the Assistant Director.
Ms. Passarella received her BS degree from Saint Joseph’s University and holds a
Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
Ms. Passarella holds a number of professional certifications, including FAC-COR,
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certifications in Acquisition
and Production and Quality Management (PQM). Her awards and accolades include the
DCMA Herb Homer Award and DOE Special Act or Service Awards as well as many
outstanding performance and on the spot awards.
