President of Aeronautical Instrument and Radio Company (AirCo) located in Lodi, New
Jersey. I started my career with the company in 1985 as an electrical engineer working on the
designs of aviation test equipment, eventually I moved into the manufacturing, military sales,
operations, and was appointed President of the company by the Board of Directors in 2010.
Under my leadership I have expanded the engineering capabilities as well as the company’s
relationship with external manufacturing facilities and partners to optimize company cost and
efficiencies. In addition, I am committed to empowering and promoting women in leadership
roles as is evident in appointing a woman to be her second in command as the General Manager
of AirCo since she toll the position as company President. In addition, I am actively involved in
coaching high school women in tennis to develop their confidence through sports participation.
