Mr. William Simunek currently serves as the Area Manager for Q.E.D. Systems Inc. responsible for engineering services and business development in the Philadelphia region.  This includes management of multi-disciplined engineering and technical personnel supporting complex Naval engineering projects for shipboard Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and Military Sealift Command in the areas of design, maintenance, repair, and integrated logistics support.

Prior to landing at Q.E.D. William spent thirty two years at Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division and was the Manager of the 400 Hertz and DC Electric Power Systems Branch.

William graduated from State University of New York Maritime College in 1985 and earned a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and a U.S. Coast Guard  license as a third assistant engineer unlimited horsepower steam and motor.
