Louis Harris was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa where he was raised in a single parent home by his entrepreneurial mother. She was always trying her hand at starting her own business from the popular 1970’s opportunity of envelope stuffing to being a professional songwriter. Along the way, although not college educated, she always told him his education would create opportunities that she and others did not always have available to them. Although his parents were divorced, his father too, always advocated for him to go to college. So, with the wind behind his sails of both parents, a college scholarship, he went on to earned both his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Master of Business Administration from the Indiana University of Pa.

Upon graduation, he entered the corporate world of Information Technology consulting and Project Management for US based and international Fortune 100 clients. While working for others during the day amid 60-hour work weeks, he began working with an equally entrepreneurial old college friend nights and weekends to identify opportunities to build something.

In 2011, his college friend started a company with its sole target being the U.S. federal government. Louis joined the company in 2012 as its Director of Business Operations and Project Management Oversight. Soon thereafter, the company was awarded its first of many multi-million contracts with the U.S. Army and other agencies. Over the next seven years, the company grew to a peak employee size of 47 persons, with many performing on federal projects. He departed the company in late 2019 to start his own company to primarily focus on the federal government while also serving the commercial, educational, and healthcare markets.

Two goals for the business were set from day one, to provide generational opportunities to his children and use the eventual success of the business to be a blessing for others. His company, Integrum Workplace Solutions, appears to be on its way, having doubled its revenue every year since 2020 with clients in most of its target markets. Revenue is not the testament of or the sign of success so far…. It is the eventual full achievement of those two simple, yet genuine goals. Success is in your Hand, Follow My plan!
