Ryan Pfluger serves as the Plant Manager at V.E.P. Manufacturing Inc., where he has played a pivotal role since joining the company in 1996. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, Ryan has consistently overseen the production of high-quality machined components catering to a diverse range of industrial and military applications.
Drawing on decades of hands-on manufacturing experience, Ryan has emerged as a trusted advisor on manufacturability for over thirty Navy and Army aircraft programs. His invaluable insights have contributed significantly to cost savings for the U.S. Department of Defense, amounting to millions of dollars. Ryan’s dedication to providing customers with top-notch parts extends to his unwavering commitment to manufacturing exclusively in the United States.
Beyond his manufacturing expertise, Ryan has diverse work experience that includes building gas pipelines, engaging in residential construction, participating in residential well drilling, and serving in night club security. Despite holding a degree in Criminal Justice, Ryan consciously chose a career in manufacturing due to his passion for navigating the daily challenges inherent in the industry.
In his leisure time, Ryan finds joy in boating, camping, and riding ATVs alongside his wife and three children. This multifaceted individual brings a wealth of experience and a strong work ethic to his role, embodying a commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation in the manufacturing realm.
