Sowmya Hariharan, President & CEO of OM Group Inc. has led the IT service provider over the last 10 years. A Vice-President of the firm for over 10 years, Sowmya took over the reins in July 2013, and successfully managed its transition from commercial markets to the federal space. OM Group Inc. offers the full spectrum of Information Technology services including Robotic Process Automation, Enterprise IT strategy, Cloud Migration, Data Management Solutions and Custom Application Development with employees in multiple states including New Jersey, Virginia, Oklahoma and Utah. Married for 30 years, Sowmya effectively juggles business responsibilities along with family commitments. Sowmya has 3 children; two sons aged 26 and 25, and a daughter aged 21. She lives in Edison, NJ, and is enjoying the balance between work and life as an empty nester.
